Rodrigo Delso Gutiérrez, Alberto Gómez Saiz & Javier Argota: Open Urban Television

The project aims to develop a new branch on CCTV existing infrastructure of surveillance to be used by citizens in order to fight the unbalanced relation of urban visualization and visibility between different urban actors. The proposal will deploy a network of real-time streaming points that can be accessed by any citizen 24/7.

Open Urban Television was presented in the framework of Connecting Cities' In/Visible City 2015 theme.
