OPEN URBAN TELEVISION (OUT), 2015
The project aims to develop a new branch on CCTV existing infrastructure of surveillance to be used by citizens in order to fight the unbalanced relation of urban visualization and visibility between different urban actors. The proposal will deploy a network of real-time streaming points that can be accessed by any citizen 24/7.

Artist biography
Rodrigo Delso Gutiérrez is an architect from Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid (2012) who currently works as a researcher and teacher at the same university. His formal training was complemented at the Illinois Institute of Technology (2008) and Goldsmiths University in London (2013) thanks to La Caixa scholarship to develop his ongoing PHD titled ChronoPolis that has also been awarded in the competition Arquímedes (2014) for young researchers of Spain organized by the Ministry of Education. He is co-founder of the platform JARD (www.jard.us).
Alberto Gómez Saínz, currently based in Cambridge UK, is a Microelectronic RF Systems Engineer. He is currently involved in the development of the next generation of RFID and wireless charging ICs. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering by Comillas and a MSc. in IC Design by the Imperial college of London.
Javier Argota Sánchez-Vaquerizo is an architect by the Architecture School of Madrid (2014) and he is currently researching on architectonic visualization of data, media and new technologies applied to architecture and city planning within the Hypermedia Research Group of the Technical University of Madrid. He is co-founder of platform JARD (www.jard.us).
