CONNECTING CITIES SYMPOSIUM
CONNECTING CITIES SYMPOSIUM
11.03.2016, 1-6 pm
iMAL, 30-34 Quai des Charbonnages, B-1080 Brussels
Connecting Cities Symposium offers an overview of the previous activities dedicated to the curatorial topics of the Networked City 2013, the Participatory City 2014 and the In/Visible City 2015 that have been explored by artists and curators during the Connecting Cities project. The symposium provides an insight into major statistics of the project, audio-visual impressions as well as reflexive panels on the past and future of the network.
The symposium will be highlighted by a tele-present scenario of the ‘The Famous New Media Artist Jeremy Bailey’ who will perform himself as a 'distributed person'. Sitting in his studio in Toronto (CA), he will be represented by his Master/Slaves Invigilator System and interact with the audience.
No registration required.
