URBAN MEDIA PROJECT 'LIVE THE CITY' @ BANGKOK

In collaboration with Goethe-Institute Thailand and Connecting Cities, the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre announced an Open Call for the media art project 'Live the City'.

The program aims to enhance critical reflection on media art and culture in the context of city, urban media, city culture and related platforms.

In December 2015 6 finalists took part in the Prototyping Lab 'Live The City', some of the participants now have the opportunity to present their projects to the public from June 7 to 28, 2016 in the rooms of Bangkok Art & Culture Centre, Siam Center and Goethe-Institute Thailand.

The presented artists are:

Nithiphat Hoisangthong // 'The Hidden Sound of Bangkok' (June 7 to 28, 2016 @ BACC)

Jun Ong // 'Plastic Partition' (June 7 to 28, 2016 @ Siam Center)

Ekapob Suksudpaisarn, Pannathorn Eawsivigoon & Sutinee Prongmake // 'Tales Of A Tree' (June 7 to 28, 2016 @ Goethe-Institute Thailand)

Christina Kubisch & Miti Ruangkritya // 'Omnivoyeur and Electrical Walks Bangkok' (April 1 to July 10, 2016 @ BACC)
